Band & Production

The purpose of the Locus Band and Production is to use music and song to provide a distraction-free environment for people to experience Jesus and to freely worship in a way that doesn’t draw attention to themselves. Accomplishing this requires people who use their gifts and talents to serve God by serving their neighbor. We always want to welcome those who are gifted in music and production to join our team.

Guest Services

Our Guests Services volunteers have the privilege of serving every person who attends our church. Our goal in every interaction is to exceed expectations of hospitality and to ensure a great first experience. This is one of the most important opportunities at Locus and yet it is one that doesn’t require much more than a smile. 

Student Ministry

Locus Students provides an environment for students 5th through 12th grade to experience Jesus in a safe, simple, and encouraging environment. Our hope is to create opportunities for students to ask questions and have conversations that lead them to a deeper understanding of their faith and of Jesus. The student ministry also works to equip and empower the significant adults in the lives of our students. As the number one influencer of a student’s faith, we feel that our work is not possible without a partnership with the guardians of these students. Each week we offer a gathering for students all geared toward the building of positive peer and adult relationships while giving the students an opportunity to learn about Jesus and grow their faith.

Kids Ministry

Locus Kids offers classes from Birth to 4th grade. We are a Jesus-focused, Spirit-filled, and life-giving ministry of Locus, whose focus is to bring to life the Gospel of Jesus in the lives of kids. Our vision is to raise up and empower the next generation to advance God's kingdom so our children can take their next steps to a life of significance with Jesus.

Community Groups

We have been created to live in community and not in isolation. Physically, we do live in a community, but spiritually, socially, and relationally we often live our lives in isolation. We find ourselves with no one to turn to when we have a major issue that has just surfaced in our life.

While Sunday morning is a great place to begin, a Community Group will be the place where relationships are solidified. As you may have heard before, relationships happens better in circles than in rows. These circles afford us the opportunity to more wholly experience Jesus through close relationships as we live life together, as we encourage and help one another, and as we study and live out God’s word together.

Community Groups are open to all adults whether you attend our weekend service or not and they are offered at various times and days. Find out this Sunday where you can jump in.
